The wb999 app supports biometric login — fingerprint or face unlock — so you do not have to type your password every time. Download the app and log in with the same credentials.

After logging in, your full sportsbook is open. Place pre-match and live in-play bets on Cricket, Pakistan Super League, T20 internationals, ODIs and Test matches. Football and Esports markets are also available. All bets placed and settled in PKR with no conversion charges.
Login and go straight to the Live Casino for Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack and live game shows with professional dealers streaming in real time. Live Casino runs around the clock. You can join a table with a modest PKR stake and step up as you get comfortable.
Your logged-in Game Lobby shows your recently played games, personalised recommendations and all available Slots, Bingo rooms and card games. Bingo on wb999 is particularly popular — rooms run throughout the day with regular PKR prize pools across different ticket price levels.
Once logged in, the Cashier is a tap away. Top up via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or direct bank transfer — all in PKR. Request a withdrawal back to the same method you deposited with. Verified accounts typically see JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals complete within 15–30 minutes.
Your VIP dashboard is visible after login — current tier, points balance, available weekly cashback and any active milestone rewards. As you move through Standard, Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers, your benefits grow. Higher tiers also get faster withdrawal processing and dedicated support access.
Logged-in players have full access to account settings — change your password, update your contact details, manage notification preferences and access the Responsible Gaming tools including deposit limits, session time alerts, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. All settings take effect immediately.
Your wb999 account is linked to your PKR balance, your betting history and your personal details. Keeping your login credentials secure is straightforward, but there are a few habits worth building — especially if you use the platform regularly on your mobile.
The most common way accounts get compromised is not through technical hacking — it is through password reuse. If you use the same password on wb999 as on another website or app, and that other service has had a data breach, your wb999 login details could be exposed without wb999 itself being affected. Use a unique password for your wb999 account.
At least eight characters, mixing uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and a symbol or two. Do not use your name, date of birth or a simple word. If you have trouble remembering passwords, a password manager handles this for you securely.
The wb999 app supports fingerprint and face ID login. Once enabled, you do not need to type your password each time. Biometric data stays on your device — wb999 only receives a confirmation that authentication was successful.
If you ever use the wb999 platform on a shared computer, a borrowed phone or a public device, make sure you log out before you leave. The "Remember me" option is convenient on your own device — skip it on any device that others use.
wb999 support will never ask for your password in a chat or email. If anyone contacts you claiming to be wb999 staff and asks for your login details, do not respond — contact support directly through the live chat on the website to report it.
Your registered mobile number is a key security layer on wb999 — it is used for verification codes and account recovery. Make sure the number on your account is active and belongs to you. If your number changes, update it in Account Settings before you lose access to the old number.
Most login issues on wb999 are quick to sort out. Here are the common situations and what to do about each one.
Forgotten password: Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. A reset link or verification code is sent to your registered mobile number or email. Follow the steps to set a new password. The process takes about two minutes.
Lost access to your registered mobile number: If your SIM has changed or your old number is inactive, contact the wb999 support team via live chat. You will need to verify your identity before the account can be updated to a new number.
Account temporarily restricted: Accounts can be temporarily restricted after multiple failed login attempts as a security measure. Wait a short period and try again, or contact support via live chat to unlock your account after identity confirmation.
Suspicious activity on your account: If you notice login activity or transactions you did not make, change your password immediately and contact the wb999 support team straight away. The team can freeze account activity while the matter is investigated.
The wb999 support team is available via live chat and can help with any login issue. Email support is also available at [email protected] for non-urgent queries, though live chat is faster for account access problems.
Check the FAQ for common answersThe wb999 login page is where the platform starts for returning players — and given how many Pakistan members come back session after session, it is worth explaining what keeps them here rather than elsewhere.
For Cricket fans, the answer is usually the depth of the sportsbook. During PSL season, the wb999 betting markets cover every match in detail — not just match winner, but player performance, runs in specific overs, method of dismissal, highest scoring partnership and more. The live in-play odds are updated ball by ball during a T20, which makes betting on a PSL match a genuinely engaging experience rather than a single pre-match decision.
For casino players, the Live Casino is the draw. The tables run around the clock, the streaming quality is reliable and the range of games goes beyond the basics. The wb999 Game Lobby is also well-maintained — new Slots titles are added regularly and the Bingo section has an active player community with regular prize pools. It does not feel like a platform that was set up and left alone.
On payments: every transaction on wb999 is in PKR. Depositing via JazzCash takes about thirty seconds once you are logged in. Easypaisa and Raast deposits are similarly quick. Withdrawals for verified accounts are fast by any standard — most JazzCash and Easypaisa payouts land within half an hour. This matters for players who want to cash out after a good session without waiting a day or more.
The VIP programme is another reason players stick around. Points accumulate with every eligible bet across all products — not just Slots, not just Sports Betting. As you move through tiers, the weekly cashback percentage improves, withdrawal processing gets faster and for Gold and Platinum members there is a dedicated account manager. The programme is designed to reward players who use the platform across multiple products, not just those who focus on one area.
From a practical standpoint, the wb999 app is a significant part of why mobile sessions stay smooth. Biometric login means getting back into your account is instant on a phone with fingerprint or face ID set up. Push notifications let you know when a Cricket match you have a bet on goes live, when a withdrawal is processed or when a VIP reward becomes available — without needing to keep the app open.
If you are a returning player, your account is waiting exactly as you left it. Log in, check the current Cricket odds, head to the Cashier if you need to top up your PKR balance and pick up where you left off.
