Using someone else's JazzCash number, Easypaisa wallet or bank account to fund your wb999 balance is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

• wb999 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Any fees charged by your mobile network or bank are applied by the payment provider, not by wb999.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on the payment provider's processing time.
• Failed deposits that result in a deduction from your wallet without a corresponding credit to your wb999 account should be reported to support with the transaction reference number for investigation.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals of your real-money balance are available via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfer — all in PKR. The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts for each method are displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
